Kosovo Cadastral Agency under Article 29, Law on Cadastre No. 04 / -L - 013 has developed a project for Reconstruction of Cadastral Information for 23 cadastral zones. The Cadastral Zones Gllamnik, Obranqe, Peranë, Livadice, Letancë, Surkishë, Siboc i epërm of Municipality of Podujeva were part of this project as well. After completion of the project , representatives of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency on 12/18/2014 at the Municipal Cadastral Office in Prishtina handed final report from project works  as follows: scanned hard copies of documentations, Graphical data ( ITF file) , the ITF igrated to Cadastral Map, plots of reconstructed objects , original measurements , shapefiles of measurement ( complete factual situation of cadastral zone), plots , sketches of the terrain ( scanned hard copies) , evidence of participation in public display, the relationship between graphical and textual situation ( Excel files ), Public Information materials , public display materials, etc . KCA representatives were hosted by the Directors of respective MCO-s and their professional staff who expressed thanks and praised the KCA for the successful realization of this project.


Delivery of final results

In Fushë Kosovo municipalitz were involved cadastral zones, such as Henc, Vragoli, Sllatinë e Vogël, Miradi e Epërme, Miradi e Poshtme and Kuzmin. After completion of the project , representatives of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency on 12/18/2014 at the Municipal Cadastral Office in Prishtina handed final report from project works  as follows: scanned hard copies of documentations, Graphical data ( ITF file) , the ITF igrated to Cadastral Map, plots of reconstructed objects , original measurements , shapefiles of measurement ( complete factual situation of cadastral zone), plots , sketches of the terrain ( scanned hard copies) , evidence of participation in public display, the relationship between graphical and textual situation ( Excel files ), Public Information materials , public display materials, etc . CR Report, Prishtina Municipality

Kosovo Cadastral Agency under Article 29, Law on Cadastre No. 04 / -L - 013 has developed a project for Reconstruction of Cadastral Information for 23 cadastral zones. While in Prishtina municipality were involved in the project four cadastraë zones, such as Bërnicë e Poshtme, Prugovc, Barilevë dhe Drenoc. After completion of the project , representatives of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency on 12/18/2014 at the Municipal Cadastral Office in Prishtina handed final report from project works  as follows: scanned hard copies of documentations, Graphical data ( ITF file) , the ITF igrated to Cadastral Map, plots of reconstructed objects , original measurements , shapefiles of measurement ( complete factual situation of cadastral zone), plots , sketches of the terrain ( scanned hard copies) , evidence of participation in public display, the relationship between graphical and textual situation ( Excel files ), Public Information materials , public display materials, etc . KCA representatives were hosted by the Director of MCO Prishtina, Mrs. Nora Kelmendi and her professional staff. MCO staff expressed thanks and praised the KCA for the successful realization of this project, part of which have been MCO Pristina.


Inauguration of modern training hall

The Kosovo Cadastral Agency with the assistance of the Norwegian Government has invested an total of over 100,000 euro's for the creation of a new training and conference lab. For this purpose on date 10th December, starting at 11:00, at the premises of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency was held a solemn inauguration ceremony of the training and conference room, while the inauguration was done by the Ambassador of Norway in the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Jan Braathu. For this occasion the Norwegian Ambassador praised the commitment of such an achievement by saying that it is obvious that a good working environment and training will have a big impact in improving the quality of data provided to citizens. On the other hand, the Chief of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency Prof. Dr. Murat Meha said that the establishment of the projects, services and products in Kosovo Cadastral Agency did not come in the twinkling of an eye. "Advancements, now visible for anyone, came thanks to our professional commitment and dedication of each of the employees of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency. During this journey we were accompanied by various challenges, many of which have been successfully overcome. It should be said that besides the challenges we were accompanied by powerful friends. I take this opportunity to thank the team of Norwegian authority for Cadastre and Cartography "Staten Kartverk" Mr. Helge Onsrud, Mr. Brede Gundersen and Mr. Steinar Hoseggen , who professionally assisted in the implementation of capital projects such us Unified Address System and Road Signalization, KCLIS, Cadastral Map and Geoportal . Although both sides , the KCA and Staten Kartverk had the willingness to raise the cadastral system in Kosovo, such a difficult thing wouldn't  be accessible without the constant support of a great friend of Cadastral Agency Kosovo , Ambassador of Norway in our country, Mr. Jan Braathu", said Mr. Meha. At the end of the meeting the parties agreed to continue cooperation in the future, ensuring a professional and transparent commitment in the implementation of projects.


KCA cooperation with GIZ

In order to continuously support the KCA, a delegation consisting of staff of GIZ led by German engineering of geodesy, M.Sc. Bernhard Heckman, has introduced various projects in the field of Geodesy and Cadastre, which projects directly affect the increase of data quality and facilitates cadastral surveying services in parallel with the development of technology. Participants at the seminar were Chief Executive Officer of KCA, Prof. Dr. Murat Meha and a staff of KCA. Mr. Heckman originally introduced proper form of regional definition of geodit, methods for its determination by gravimetric measurements and accuracy that offers if gravimetric measurements are carried out in conformity with the steps that he presented. Besides this Mr. Heckman presented his 6 months tasks in updating working instructions No. KCA 2005/01, 2005/02, 2005/03, 2005/04 and 2005/05 and presented models which Kosovo Cadastral Agency can take directly to increases quality. Prof. Meha  congratulated Heckmans work in particular and German GIZ commitment in  for the continued support they are giving for KCA, in order to increase the professional capacity and create a stable platform and contemporary field of geodesy and cadastre.
