Within the Kosovo Cadastral Agency was held the meeting of Working Group for Land Administration which constituted by the representatives of the institutions which are part of the Inter-Ministerial Committee for Land Administration. The meeting was lead by the Chief Executive of Kosovo Cadastral Agency, Prof. Dr. Murat Meha while the attendants where Servet Spahiu – Director of Expropriation – MESP, Dugagjin Etemi – Chief of the Division  for Municipal Performance within MALG, Xhevat Azemi –Vise Director of Kosovo Property Agency, Muhamed Krasniqi – Prime Ministers Office, Ismet Kryeziu – Director of Legal Department within KCA and Muzafer Çaka, Chief of Project Coordination Office within KCA. The main purpose of the meeting was the discussion of proposals for the next meeting of Inter-Ministerial Committee for Land Administration which will be held in March of 2012. One of the main topics of discussion was the possibility of vertical reorganization of KCA in relation the MCO-s. The stakeholders who attended the meeting gave their support for this proposal, and according to them the new form will have a positive effect and it will increase the professionalism within the cadastral staff, and it will increase the effectiveness and quality of services offered to the clients. Also, there where discussed the ways for increasing the cooperation of the institutions of interest in relation to land administration and the legal framework for advancement of the land administration.
