Closure of Norwegian support
The Government of Norway through the Norwegian Cartography Authority has been one of the biggest supporters in the field of land administration, property registers, addresses and cadastre, engaged in the Republic of Kosovo since after the war. As a result of their support, several capital projects were realized from which the Kosovo Cadastral Agency and the Municipalities were benefiters. While on 27 and 28 June some activities have been held to conclude these activities. The largest projects that have been implemented with Norwegian support are the Unified Address System, Cadastral Map, Kosovo Cadastre Land Information System, professional capacity building, remote communication centers, State Geoportal, IT development support, and so on. It is anticipated that Norwegian support for the Kosovo Cadastral Agency will continue in the future.
